Who we are?

At FrenchHardware, we test configurations, we take machines apart, and we push the components to their limits…

And above all, we know all too well the problems people run into when they want to buy or assemble a great PC.

Too often, we saw machines being sold for far too much, with no-name components, terrible cable management, or even after-sales support that was nowhere to be found — as Mathis & Gauthier often say in their videos.

So we asked ourselves one simple question: what if we did better?

To put it simply, we are…

Patience is a virtue you gain through patience

I ordered a Mountain PC on 23/01/26. Nathanaël followed up on the order.

Cédric (after-sales) followed up by phone when I had questions. They do their best to improve the online purchasing experience.
For optimisation, Thomas is available with a follow-up on Discord if you have questions.

Very Positive Review
Very positive review, despite comments about delivery time. On my side, no problems at all: the monitor was shipped the next day after my order and the PC arrived 3 days later.
The PC works perfectly well and was packed well for shipping.

Top-Notch After-Sales Support!
I received my PC with a faulty graphics card. FlowUp’s after-sales service was ultra efficient. Since I don’t live far away, they replaced the card the same day (kudos to Mickael, who was really great).

No regrets!
I invested in the BlackHawk and it’s a joy. With the Cooler Master MK770 keyboard and the MSI IMMERSE GH20 headset, it’s nicer than my bed. And yet, I love my bed, believe me!
The after-sales service is genuinely top quality. Replies and help are fast, with kindness, and there are real human interactions.

Great discovery...
I bought a custom PC on this website. I was very well guided based on how I wanted to use it, but above all, I got my money’s worth.
I contacted the after-sales service several times for a few answers: they were very responsive. I highly recommend FlowUP.
