What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact) and credit card.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer instalment payments with Alma. This option is available in 2x, 3x, 4x, 10x and 12x. The available options vary depending on the legislation in force in your country.
Is the payment secure?
Absolutely! All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and payments are secured via protocols such as 3D Secure, ensuring maximum protection of your data.
Can I get an invoice with VAT for my business?
Yes—if you’re a business, you can deduct VAT by entering your intra-Community VAT number in your account area before placing your order. No invoice changes can be made after an order has been validated.
Why was my payment refused?
If your payment was refused, it may be due to several reasons:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Your bank has blocked the transaction for security reasons (please contact them)
- Error in the card details
- Temporary technical issue
👉 In this case, check your details and try again, or use another payment method.
Can I get a refund in case of an error or cancellation?
If you want a refund, contact our customer service.
If you cancel or return the product under the right of withdrawal (14 days), we will process the refund after receiving and checking the returned product.
When will my payment be charged?
Your payment is charged immediately after you validate your order. For instalment payments via Alma, the instalment dates are set at the time of the transaction.
I’ve been charged but I haven’t received a confirmation—what should I do?
If you’ve been charged but you haven’t received an order confirmation, don’t worry!
It’s possible that your transfer takes a little time to be processed. Check your emails (including spam) and your bank account.
