What Are the Delivery Times?
Get your gaming PC delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
Choose your delivery method:
- Standard UPS: delivery time of 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our teams assemble and test every PC before shipping to ensure optimal quality.
In the event of a stock shortage or supply issue, we will contact you quickly to offer a suitable solution ✅
Can I Pay in Installments?
Yes, we offer installment payments through Alma, but due to a recent law in Belgium, this option is limited to a maximum of 2 or 3 monthly payments.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a UPS tracking link, allowing you to track your package in real time.
What Is the PC Warranty?
All of our custom-built PCs are covered by a 2-year warranty, which includes coverage for defective parts and labor.
In the event of a malfunction, our customer service team will diagnose the problem, and if necessary, we will pick up the PC to perform repairs.
What Is the Windows 11 Trial Version?
The Windows 11 trial version is a free edition of Microsoft's operating system that allows you to test all of its features.
There is no time limit.
If you want to remove the “Activate Windows” watermark, you'll need to purchase an activation key.
