Your PC doesn’t come off a shelf. Before it hits the road, it goes through the hands of our technicians, step by step. It takes a little longer than an Amazon parcel, and that’s exactly why your first boot is the right one.
Assembly

CPU, graphics card, memory and temperatures pushed to the limit. Only approved after that.

Customer service that calls you. Even when everything’s going well.
It’s the detail that surprises our customers the most, and many of them write it down: a phone call a few weeks after delivery, just to check that everything is working properly.
And when something goes wrong, you talk to someone who knows your PC: request handled within 48 hours, diagnosis with you (tests, logs, remote handling when possible), then repair or replacement under warranty.

Your questions before you buy
FlowUP, is it reliable?
FlowUP has sent over 50,000 PCs and has over 1,350 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. Every PC is assembled, tested and validated before shipping, and covered by 2 years, parts and labour. All reviews, good and less good, are readable on Trustpilot.
What is the delivery lead time?
With standard UPS, 5 to 7 working days to France, Belgium and Switzerland, excluding weekends and public holidays. A UPS Express option within 24 hours exists when production allows it. Custom PCs require a longer lead time, stated at the time of ordering.
What does the warranty cover?
2 years, defective parts and labour included. In the event of a breakdown, the after-sales service will carry out a diagnosis with you, remotely if possible, and then repair or replace. If necessary, we ship the PC back for repair.
How do I contact the after-sales service?
By phone on +33 7 44 30 30 82 (France) or on +32 460 24 26 11 (Belgium), or via a ticket on the support page. Requests are handled within 48 hours.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Alma: 2, 3, 4, 10 or 12 monthly instalments depending on your country’s legislation (2 or 3 in Belgium). The payment schedule is shown before the order is confirmed.
Is the PC ready to play when it arrives?
Yes: Windows 11 installed, drivers up to date, BIOS configured. Windows is delivered in trial version, without a time limit; an activation key removes the watermark.
Can I customise my configuration?
Yes, with the custom PC service : you choose the components, our technicians assemble, configure and test them, with the same 2-year warranty.
