How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an UPS tracking link, allowing you to follow the routing of your parcel in real time.
can I have it delivered to a pick-up point?
You will be able to choose delivery to a pick-up point once we send you the tracking number. With this link you can change the delivery arrangements depending on your needs.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order exceeds the stated delivery time, contact us via our customer support. We’ll keep you informed about how things are progressing and will do what’s needed to speed up the delivery.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel shows visible damage upon receipt, refuse it and report it immediately to the carrier. If you discover an issue after opening, contact our customer service within 5 business days with photos of the parcel and the PC, so we can find a solution quickly.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver mainly in France, Belgium and Switzerland. For delivery outside this area, contact us so we can review the available options.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
We don’t have a store at the moment, but we provide fast and secure delivery directly to your address.
