Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?
It’s simple! Add the products you want to your basket, then follow the order process by entering your delivery and payment details.
Once payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
👉 IMPORTANT: You must be logged in to place an order. Make sure you enter your last name, first name, email and delivery address correctly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as quickly as possible via our customer support. We’ll do our best to make the requested changes.
👉 Once the parcel has been dispatched, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the order.
How can I tell if my order has been taken into account?
After your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a summary of the products purchased, as well as an order number.
👉 If you don’t receive anything, check your spam folders or contact us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with an UPS tracking link, allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel in real time.
👉 If you haven’t received any tracking number by email, it means the order hasn’t left our workshop yet. Please check your emails using the same email address you used when placing the order.
HOW TO GET A REFUND?
To request a refund, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, in its condition and original packaging.
Contact our customer service by providing your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return procedure. Return shipping fees are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Once the product has been received and checked, we will process the refund within a few days using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you will automatically receive a bill by email once the order is validated. You can also find it in your customer area.
👉 If you order as a business, you can deduct VAT by entering your intra-community VAT number from your account area before finalising your purchase.
If you’ve already placed an order without adding your VAT number and you want a new updated invoice, contact our customer service, and we’ll provide it to you quickly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact) and credit card.
You can also pay in instalments with Alma. For more information about this option.
Can I order a custom PC?
Yes, we offer custom configurations!
If you want a specific PC (custom water cooling, specific components, changes to an existing configuration), contact our sales representative Natanael via the custom order form, who will keep you updated on deadlines and the progress of your order.
What warranty do the products have?
All our assembled PCs are covered by a legal 2-year warranty, including coverage of defective parts and labour costs. In case of a breakdown, our responsive after-sales service diagnoses the issue, and if necessary, we bring the PC back to carry out the repairs.
Components, peripherals and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, whose duration varies depending on the brand and the product. You can find this information on the product page or by contacting us.
