What are the delivery times?
Come pick it up for free or have it delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days

- Free pickup on site
- UPS standard: delivery time of 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- UPS express: delivery time of 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
In case of a stock shortage or a supply problem, we’ll contact you quickly to offer you a suitable solution. ✅
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer paying in instalments with Alma, but due to a recent law in Belgium, this option is limited to a maximum of 2 or 3 monthly instalments.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an UPS tracking link, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel in real time.
What’s the warranty on the PC?
All our assembled PCs are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty, including coverage of defective parts and labour.
In case of a breakdown, our after-sales service diagnoses the issue, and if necessary, we’ll retrieve the PC to carry out the repairs.
What is the Windows 11 trial version?
The trial version of Windows 11 is a free edition of Microsoft’s operating system, allowing you to test all of its features.
It isn’t limited in time.
If you want to remove the “Activate Windows” watermark, you’ll need to buy an activation key.
