What are the delivery times?

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer payment in instalments with Alma, but due to a recent law in Belgium, this option is limited to a maximum of 2 or 3 monthly instalments.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking link, allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel in real time.
What warranty do I get for the PC?
All our built PCs are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years, including coverage for defective parts and labour.
In the event of a breakdown, our after-sales service diagnoses the issue, and if necessary, we take the PC back in to carry out the repairs.
What is Windows 11 trial version?
The Windows 11 trial version is a free edition of Microsoft’s operating system, letting you test all its features.
It isn’t time-limited.
If you want to remove the “Activate Windows” watermark, you’ll need to buy an activation key.
