I received my PC in exactly 9 days! (Order placed on 10 February and received on 19 February). I’d like to thank the Flow Up team for their speed and sincerity.
As for my PC, it’s the Savannah v2 equipped with an RTX 5060 Ti and a Ryzen 7 5700x with 16GB RAM. It’s perfect for playing at 1440p in high/ultra quality on big triple-A games with 80/120 fps, and for esports at 240fps in low/high settings (depending on the games).

What are the delivery times?

Yes, we offer instalment payments with Alma, but due to a recent law in Belgium, this option is limited to a maximum of 2 or 3 monthly instalments.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking link, allowing you to follow the delivery of your parcel in real time.
What’s the PC warranty?
All our assembled PCs are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty, including coverage for defective parts and labour.
In case of a breakdown, our after-sales service diagnoses the problem, and if necessary we’ll retrieve the PC to carry out the repairs.
What is the trial version of Windows 11?
The trial version of Windows 11 is a free edition of Microsoft’s operating system, letting you test all its features.
It isn’t time-limited.
If you want to remove the “Activate Windows” watermark, you’ll need to purchase an activation key.
