Yes, we offer pay-in-instalments with Alma. This option is available in 2, 3, 4, 10 and 12 instalments. The available options vary depending on the legislation in force in your country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with an UPS tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
What warranty does the PC come with?
All our assembled PCs are covered by a legal 2-year warranty, including coverage of faulty parts and labour.
In the event of a breakdown, our after-sales service diagnoses the issue, and if necessary, we’ll arrange to have the PC sent back in order to carry out the repairs.
What is Windows 11 trial version?
The Windows 11 trial version is a free edition of Microsoft’s operating system, allowing you to test all its features.
It isn’t limited in time.
If you want to remove the “Activate Windows” watermark, you’ll need to buy an activation key.
