👉 For any request to after-sales service (SAV), you must be logged into the customer account you used during the purchase. This allows us to process your request more quickly and effectively.


 Customer support response times 

We do everything we can to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, during periods of high demand, this deadline may exceptionally extend up to 5 business days. If that happens, thank you in advance for your patience and your understanding.

👉 No need to chase us or create a new request during these 5 days.

Opening new requests may push your ticket to the end of the queue, which would increase processing time.
