Can I return a product I ordered on FlowUP?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the product to notify us of your wish to return it. We recommend using the original packaging to avoid any damage during transport.
Which products cannot be returned?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specifications (e.g. custom PCs), goods that can deteriorate or be altered after delivery, and unsealed computer components.
How do I make a return?
You must request prior approval for a return via thehelp tabavailable on our website. After approval, you will receive a return number to clearly indicate on the parcel.
👉 You then have 7 days to send the products back to the address we will provide.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (non-compliant product, delivery mistake).
👉 For a faulty PC, we cover the return shipping costs in accordance with the warranty you have on our PCs manufactured.
When will I be refunded?
After receiving and checking the returned products, the refund will be processed within 15 calendar days if the products are compliant (intact packaging, product not unsealed). The initial shipping costs remain at your expense unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
What should I do if the product I received is faulty or not compliant?
Contact us immediately our after-sales service via the dedicated tab on our website.
You must report any issue in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
👉 A replacement or refund will be offered after validation.
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Yes, every product must be returned in its original packaging in good condition, complete with all accessories.
No refund or exchange will be provided if this condition is not met.
What risks are associated with returning products?
Returned products travel under your entire responsibility.
We strongly recommend taking out transport insurance to cover any risk of loss or damage during shipping.
Can I cancel an unpaid order?
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
For an already paid order, contact our after-sales service as soon as possible to review your request.
How do I track my return?
After shipping your parcel, keep the tracking number provided by your carrier.
You will be able to track the shipment until it is confirmed as received by our teams.
