By the FlowUP team, gaming PC builder in Genappe (Belgium) · Updated 12 October 2026
In brief: Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday 27 November. Looking for a Black Friday gaming PC? On 12 October 2026, we compared our prices with those of equivalent pre-built PCs from the major French system integrators: with the same processor and graphics card, most of our gaming PCs are already cheaper, by up to 22%. And since the price of RAM keeps rising, waiting until the end of November isn’t necessarily the right calculation.
Black Friday 2026: why it isn’t necessarily the right time to wait
Every year it’s the same reflex: you spot a PC in October, then you tell yourself it’ll be cheaper on Black Friday. In 2026, that calculation doesn’t hold up as well.
The reason is called memory (RAM). Chip manufacturers reserve an ever-growing share of their production for AI servers, and what’s left for PCs costs more. In July, TrendForce expected a further 13% to 18% rise in DRAM contract prices in Q3 2026. With us, you can see it on every order of memory sticks.

A PC that’s already well positioned today doesn’t need to wait until 27 November.
Concretely, a 10% off gaming PC deal at the end of November could just as easily land on a base price that has risen in the meantime. A PC that’s already well placed today is a good deal you don’t need to go chasing in the chaos of the 27th.

Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving, celebrated in the US on the fourth Thursday of November (26 November in 2026).
Our cheapest gaming PCs with equal components
For a Black Friday gaming PC, the real question isn’t “how many percentage points off” but “how much I pay for these components”. So we did the exercise that everyone should do before buying a Black Friday PC: take each of our PCs, find at the major French system integrators the closest pre-built option (same graphics card, same processor or its direct equivalent) and compare the displayed VAT-inclusive prices. Here are the ones where the gap is most clear.
| FlowUP PC | Processor and graphics card | Difference versus the cheapest equivalent found |
|---|---|---|
| Nova PC | Core i5 11400F, RTX 3050 | 22% cheaper |
| Cheetoh PC | Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 5070 | 13% cheaper |
| Corvus PC | Ryzen 5 5500, RTX 5050 | 12% cheaper |
| Abyssin PC | Ryzen 5 7500X3D, RTX 5070 Ti | 11% cheaper |
| Swift PC | Core i5 14400F, RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB | 8% cheaper |
| Spike PC | Ryzen 7 5700X, RX 9060 XT | 8% cheaper |
| Arctic PC | Core Ultra 7 265KF, RTX 5080 | 8% cheaper |
| Savannah PC | Ryzen 7 5700X, RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB | 7% cheaper |
| Rainbow V2 PC | Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 5070 Ti | 5% cheaper |
FlowUP price check from 12 October 2026 for pre-built PCs from three major French system integrators, displayed VAT-inclusive prices excluding shipping costs, base configurations. For Nova, equivalent processor from the same generation. Prices often change, both there and with us.
An honest clarification: for Cheetoh, Abyssin and Rainbow V2, the base version has 16 GB of RAM, whereas the compared PCs often have 32 GB. The price gap remains in our favour, and upgrading to 32 GB is an option on the page of each PC.
Under €1,000: Nova and Corvus
It’s at the entry level that the gap is greatest. The Nova pairs a Core i5 11400F with a RTX 3050: enough to run Fortnite, Valorant or Rocket League in 1080p in good conditions. The Corvus moves up to the current generation with a RTX 5050 and DLSS 4, paired with a Ryzen 5 5500: the choice for anyone who wants something recent without blowing their budget.
Nova PC: RTX 3050
Core i5 11400F, RTX 3050 and 16 GB of RAM: our cheapest gaming PC, 22% below its closest equivalent.
Corvus PC: RTX 5050
Ryzen 5 5500 and RTX 5050 with DLSS 4: current-generation for 1080p, 12% below its equivalent.
From €1,000 to €1,500: Spike, Savannah and Swift
That’s the area where most players buy, and that’s where a Black Friday gaming PC is really decided. The Spike goes for a Ryzen 7 5700X with 8 cores and an RX 9060 XT. The Savannah keeps this processor and moves to a RTX 5060 Ti with a 1 TB SSD. The Swift, meanwhile, switches to DDR5 with a Core i5 14400F and a RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB: while the compared PCs are still running DDR4, it remains 8% cheaper.
Our tip: for 1440p or if you want to keep the PC for a long time, aim for 16 GB of video memory. The Swift is our best value for that.
Spike PC: RX 9060 XT
Ryzen 7 5700X with 8 cores and Radeon RX 9060 XT, in 8 or 16 GB: 8% below its equivalent.
Swift PC: RTX 5060 Ti 16GB
Core i5 14400F, RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB and DDR5: 1440p without running out of VRAM, 8% below its equivalent in DDR4.

Premium Black Friday gaming PCs: Cheetoh, Abyssin, Rainbow V2 and Arctic
At the top end, every percentage point is worth hundreds of euros. The Cheetoh pairs a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, the go-to gaming CPU, with an RTX 5070: that’s the combo we recommend for 1440p at high refresh rates, and it’s 13% cheaper than its equivalent.
The Abyssin and the Rainbow V2 step up to a 16 GB RTX 5070 Ti with an X3D Ryzen, for 1440p in ultra settings. The Arctic targets 4K with an RTX 5080 and a Core Ultra 7 265KF.

A high-refresh 1440p monitor: the playground of the RTX 5070 and 5070 Ti.
Cheetoh PC: RTX 5070
Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RTX 5070, 16 or 32 GB of DDR5: 1440p at high refresh rates, 13% below its equivalent.
Abyssin PC: RTX 5070 Ti
Ryzen 5 7500X3D and RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB: 1440p in ultra, 11% below its equivalent.
Rainbow V2 PC: RTX 5070 Ti
RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, a 9800X3D or a Core i7 14700KF: 5% below its equivalent.
Arctic PC: RTX 5080
Core Ultra 7 265KF and RTX 5080 in an ARCTIC case: 4K, 8% below its equivalent.

Three quick checks before you order
- Start with your screen. A PC built for 4K is pointless on a 1080p monitor running at 60 Hz. Our method is detailed in which gaming monitor to choose.
- Check your video memory. 16 GB for 1440p and 4K. We explain it in our article on the lack of VRAM.
- Compare with the same configuration. Same graphics card, same processor, same amount of RAM. A “−30%” on a less well-equipped PC isn’t a bargain.
