What is the warranty period for my PC purchased from FlowUP?

You benefit from a full legal warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase on any PC acquired from FlowUP. 

This legal warranty protects you against any hidden defects or lack of conformity of the hardware sold.

What cases are covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers:

✅ Hardware defects identified upon receipt of the product

✅ Breakdowns or malfunctions occurring during normal use

✅ Defects in conformity with the announced specifications

In the event of a problem, FlowUP undertakes, at its discretion, to:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with an identical or higher-spec model

How should I proceed if there is a problem?

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us via the "After-Sales Service" tab on our website. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide you with a return number.

Step 2: Carefully pack your product in its original packaging, along with all provided accessories, the provided return label, and a copy of the invoice.

Step 3: Ship the product within the 7 days following return approval to the address that will be provided to you.


👉  Remember to insure your parcel to avoid any issues during transport.

In which cases does the warranty not apply?

The warranty is excluded in the following situations:

❌ Physical damage (impacts, breakage, humidity, electrical surges, etc.)

❌ Intervention by a repair technician not authorised by FlowUP or by the manufacturer

❌ Modification or removal of serial numbers

❌ Incorrect use of the product, use contrary to the instructions

❌ Incomplete equipment, damaged items, or returns sent without the original packaging

❌ Damage resulting from improper installation or hardware incompatibility

❌ Products such as software, video games, books, consumables, cartridges, storage media, which are explicitly excluded


👉 If a returned product is found to be not defective, test fees may be charged at the hourly rate of 48.40 € VAT incl., with a minimum of 15 € VAT incl..

What happens once the warranty period has ended?

At FlowUP, our support doesn’t stop when your warranty ends!

Even after the warranty period has expired, we remain at your service and make our repair expertise available to you under preferential conditions reserved exclusively for our loyal customers.

What are the costs related to returning the goods?

  • If the return is due to an error by FlowUP (non-compliant product, defect, etc.), the return and shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.
  • If the return is initiated by the customer (cancellation, order mistake, etc.), the return costs are borne by the customer.
