By the FlowUP team, gaming PC builder in Genappe (Belgium) · Updated 2 October 2026
In brief: Buying a gaming PC from FlowUP is done online: UPS delivery with tracking, payment by card, Bancontact or in instalments with Alma, and a 2-year warranty. The exact options for your address, including in the Netherlands, appear in the basket before you pay.
Buying a gaming PC online is easy, until the real questions come up: how long delivery takes, what to do if the box arrives damaged, who to contact if a component loosens after a year. These are the questions our customers in Belgium and the Netherlands ask us. We answer them here, one by one, with what is written plainly on our Delivery, Payments, Warranties and Returns pages. No promises we can’t keep.
Buy a gaming PC in Belgium or the Netherlands: what really changes
Not much, and that’s good news. FlowUP is a Belgian PC builder based in Genappe, and every PC leaves our workshop. Whether you live in Liège, Ghent or Eindhoven, you use the same website, choose the same PC and follow the same ordering process.
The difference comes down to the delivery address. Once you enter your address in the basket, the site shows the carriers and shipping fees available for your country. That’s where you need to look, not in a fixed table: the options vary depending on the destination, and we’d rather show them to you before payment than promise you a delivery time we can’t control.

The Genappe workshop: each PC is assembled there and then checked before the parcel leaves
Still torn between building it yourself and buying pre-built? Start with our comparison of building your own PC versus buying one pre-built. And to know what to check before ordering, here are 6 things to check on a ready-to-play gaming PC.
UPS delivery: lead times, tracking and pick-up point
Our ready-to-use PCs ship with UPS. For standard delivery, allow 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. There is also a 24-hour express option, but it’s temporary and depends on production: if it appears in your basket, it’s available that day. One detail that matters: these timeframes don’t apply to custom PCs, which require dedicated assembly and have their own schedule.
As soon as the parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with the UPS tracking link. That’s also when you can choose a pick-up point if you’re not at home during the day, so you avoid the classic situation of a parcel being left with the neighbour. And if the order takes longer than expected, write to our support team instead of waiting: that’s the advice we give ourselves on the Delivery page.

A PC securely fitted in its box: delivery starts with the packaging
| Method | Stated lead time | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Standard UPS | 5 to 7 business days | Excluding weekends and public holidays |
| UPS Express | 24 hours | Temporary option, depending on production |
| Custom PC | Its own schedule | Not covered by the timeframes above |

On receipt: open the parcel without stress
A gaming PC is heavy, it’s fragile, and it’s an investment. We pack it accordingly: an air cushion inside the case, then a second reinforced box around the first. This double packaging isn’t there to look good. It absorbs the shocks delivered by shipping without warning.
A tip from a hardware enthusiast: open the parcel on the day of delivery, photograph the box’s condition before you tear it open, and keep all packaging until you’ve checked everything. If the PC has been damaged, you must report it in writing within 7 calendar days. And if a return becomes necessary, the original packaging is required: throwing it away too quickly is the easiest mistake to avoid.

The right reflex: open the box, check the PC’s condition and keep the packaging
Pay in instalments: Alma, card or Bancontact
A gaming PC is still a major purchase. On the payment side, the site accepts Visa and Mastercard cards as well as Bancontact, with 3D Secure authentication and an SSL connection.
To spread the cost, you can pay in instalments through Alma, over 2, 3, 4, 10 or 12 payments. The options offered vary depending on the legislation in each country: look at what the payment screen offers you before deciding, that screen is the reference.

The Novara can be paid in one go or in multiple monthly instalments, depending on the options shown at checkout.
Ordering for your company? Enter your intra-Community VAT number in your customer account before placing the order, not afterwards. The Payments page explains the rest.
2-year warranty and after-sales service: what it means
All our PCs come with the statutory 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If a component fails during that period, FlowUP repairs or replaces it. You deal with our after-sales service, one contact person for the entire PC, rather than chasing three different manufacturers.
The process is short: the “After-Sales Service” tab on the website, a return authorisation from our side, and the PC must be sent back to us within 7 days. For the full terms, the Warranty page is the reference.

Before shipping, each PC goes through a series of checks in the workshop.
As for returns, keep the rules in mind. For a standard PC, the period is 14 calendar days starting from the day after receipt, and the refund is issued within 15 calendar days after verification. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility, unless it’s our mistake or the PC is defective. Excluded: custom PCs, unsealed components, and goods liable to deteriorate or that have been modified. Everything is laid out on the Returns and refunds page.
Order a gaming PC in five steps
In practice, everything comes down to five steps. You choose the PC and add it to the basket. You enter your address, which brings up the delivery options for your country. You pay, either in one go or with Alma. You receive UPS tracking when the parcel ships. Then you open the box and plug in your new PC.
Between ordering and shipping, the PC goes through the workshop: assembly, then the series of checks described in How FlowUP tests and validates your gaming PC. Up to one hour of checks, including 20 minutes of OCCT, and no errors accepted before we close the box.

Three gaming PCs you can order right now
Want to buy a gaming PC without three weeks of searching? Here are three PCs we like for different uses. All can be added to the basket as we write these lines, and the PC FlowUP category brings together the rest of the range.
Banger PC, RTX 5060: the Full HD pick
The Banger targets gaming in Full HD with a GeForce RTX 5060. It’s a sensible entry-level option: enough to play comfortably in 1080p without paying for performance that a Full HD screen will never show.
Rift PC, Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB: 1080p and 1440p
The Rift goes for a Radeon RX 9060 XT with 16 GB of video memory, paired with a Ryzen 5. These 16 GB leave plenty of headroom in today’s games that load large textures, in both 1080p and 1440p.
Novara PC, GeForce RTX 5070: the balanced choice for 1440p
The Novara pairs a GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB with a Ryzen 5 7500X3D, 16 GB of DDR5, and a 1 TB SSD, all cooled by an NZXT Kraken Plus 240 RGB water cooler. A balanced PC, designed for 1440p.
