How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an UPS tracking link, allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel in real time.
What warranty does the PC come with?
All our assembled PCs are covered by a legal 2-year warranty, including coverage of defective parts and labour.
If the PC breaks down, our after-sales service diagnoses the issue, and if necessary, we’ll collect the PC so the repairs can be carried out.
What is the trial version of Windows 11?
The trial version of Windows 11 is a free edition of Microsoft’s operating system, allowing you to test all of its features.
It isn’t limited by time.
If you want to remove the "Activate Windows" watermark, you’ll need to buy an activation key.
